FAST LAX LEAGUE

Fun, Fast, Flexible

Warmup and PLAY. The small-sided Fast Lax league is FUN - it is designed with a range of ability in mind. It is FAST - small-sided play lends itself to quick transitions as there are no draws/faceoffs after a goal. It is FLEXIBLE - created to be played with a range of numbers so we can always get games in.

The Fast Lax League will get your player tons of touches and help them develop. Players will register INDIVIDUALLY and then be placed on a team. Teammate requests accepted but not guaranteed. Contact Coach Nikki if you are interested in Coaching.
